Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 5–11 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.

International Shipping We currently ship to selected countries. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
